Please remember that all our modules and timers are sold on an exchange basis - ie. we send you the part, you then fit it and send us your old unit back within 14 days. Please include your machine model number in the comments box when you order. Modules are supplied ready programmed for your machine so all you need do is fit it and away it goes. Be careful buying second hand modules as they will not be set up for your model number, even though the module may look the same.

If you prefer to keep the old unit, then we will automatically charge you £12 after the 14 day return period (if you pay by paypal this is charged upfront and refunded when we receive your exchange unit) . Postage is £6 for your first order - after that all orders are post free !

If you buy a module or timer and then discover that the machine did not need the part, then you can return it (undamaged within 21 days) for a refund, less our handling charge of £12.

Our warranty is 6 months return to base. If you think you have a faulty module, return it to us with a note of the fault for same-day replacement.
