Our timers and modules are reconditioned to a high standard and then tested in real conditions. All parts are guaranteed for 6 months against faulty manufacture. If, however, a part is fitted and damaged by a motor or other parts in the washing machine, then we cannot cover such damage under our guarantee.

Goods are normally sent same-day by first class post. All our units are supplied on an exchange basis. We send the part to you - you then fit it - and then you have 14 days to return your old unit to us. If we do not receive the old unit back within the 14 days, then we do charge an extra £10+vat. You can pay by credit card, debit card or paypal. Your warranty is not valid until we receive your exchange unit.

If you find that you have misdiagnosed the fault, then you can return the part for a refund, less our handling charge of £9+vat. The returned part must be undamaged but we do not mind if it is soiled through fitting.

In the unlikely event that you have a faulty unit, then return it to us with a note of the fault and we will repair and return it normally the same day that we receive it. If we find that the module has been damaged by a fault on the machine or incorrect fitting, we may offer a half price second repair, if the unit is repairable.
